During the horrific reign of Adolph Hitler, The New York Times subverted decency by aiding and abetting the Holocaust through acts of omission — that is, by failing to accurately describe Hitler’s act of genocide against the Jews.
These days, the paper’s treasonous editors and reporters satisfy and amuse themselves by lying to the American people about President Donald Trump, even past the point of harming our national security.
You may recall some months ago that the Times published a ‘bombshell’ claim that Russia was offering bounties to Taliban fighters in Afghanistan for killing American soldiers.
The Times’ reporting made it sound as if President Trump knew about it and quasi-sanctioned it because a) he’s this big pal of Russian President Vladimir Putin; b) Putin ‘has things on Trump’; c) Trump is really a Manchurian candidate; d) all or part of the above:
Islamist militants, or armed criminal elements closely associated with them, are believed to have collected some bounty money, the officials said. Twenty Americans were killed in combat in Afghanistan in 2019, but it was not clear which killings were under suspicion.
The intelligence finding was briefed to President Trump, and the White House’s National Security Council discussed the problem at an interagency meeting in late March, the officials said. Officials developed a menu of potential options — starting with making a diplomatic complaint to Moscow and a demand that it stop, along with an escalating series of sanctions and other possible responses, but the White House has yet to authorize any step, the officials said.
Speaking of Manchuria, it turns out the Times was very likely simply covering for another authoritarian government: China.
Last week, President Trump ordered the declassification of intelligence showing that Beijing, not Moscow, was, in fact, offering bounties on U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan.
The Trump administration is declassifying as-yet uncorroborated intelligence, recently briefed to President Trump, that indicates China offered to pay non-state actors in Afghanistan to attack American soldiers, two senior administration officials tell Axios.
Do you know what word was missing from the Times’ report on the ‘Russian bounties?’
‘Unconfirmed.’
So, when it’s Mother Russia, any intel is guaranteed to be golden, confirmed, 100 percent accurate, no foolin’, it’s true — but when it comes to China, well, that same intelligence is suddenly unreliable, uncorroborated, not sure to be accurate, maybe just BS or a well-intentioned guess.
What a load of manure. The fact is, Trump ordered the information on China declassified for several reasons:
— It’s real.
— He wants China to know that he knows what they’ve done.
— He didn’t ‘declassify’ the ‘Russian bounty intel’ because it wasn’t real — like the Times’ multiple reports alleging that Trump and Russia ‘colluded’ to ‘steal the election’ from Hillary Clinton.
“The U.S. has evidence that the PRC [People’s Republic of China] attempted to finance attacks on American servicemen by Afghan non-state actors by offering financial incentives or ‘bounties,’” one official told Axios, adding that the National Security Council “is coordinating a whole-of-government investigation.” (Related: China helped steal U.S. election, concludes hard-hitting Epoch Times documentary.)
The same official also said that the Trump administration is aware of “PRC weapons illicitly flowing into Afghanistan,” which means, of course, that China is playing the same interventionist games against the United States the Soviet Union played (and we played) during the Cold War.
Now here’s where it really gets interesting.
Joe Biden, who is pretending as though he really did win the election this year, is also getting the Presidential Daily Brief on intelligence matters, meaning he is aware (or at least he was for a few moments after the brief before his dementia kicked in) of the Chinese bounties.
Joe Biden, like son Hunter Biden, has been co-opted by Chinese government-linked business interests, according to multiple reports and investigations.
Who really believes a President Biden is going to be as tough on China over these bounties as Trump would be?
